Between June 1 and September 1 rentals less than 5 days are not accepted until 2 weeks prior to departure.

Insurance:

All RV's come with a standard commercial insurance policy with a $2000 deductible per accident. A damage deposit of $2000 is also required at the time of RV pick up. This is done as an AUTHORIZATION ONLY on your credit card.

Many automobile insurance companies do extend coverage to motorhome and trailer rentals. Check with your auto insurance company to see if they provide coverage on your rental.

CDR:

You can reduce your level of responsibility and damage deposit by purchasing Collision Deductible Reduction (CDR). This drops your level of responsibility and your damage deposit to $600 per accident, in addition to this, you receive protection against incidental expenses associated with the breakdown of the RV. Up to $150 per day for meals, transportation, and lodging if the RV becomes disabled and expenses are incurred. The protection package is $29.50 per day.

VIP Protection:

As an addition to CDR, the VIP Protection is available. VIP protection enhances the CDR by dropping your level of responsibility and damage deposit from $600 to $500 per accident and increasing your incidental expense protection from $150 per day to $225 per day. This feature also protects you from the more common mishaps such as tire and windshield damage. VIP protection will pay for the repair or replacement of a tire that is damaged and will pay 100% of the replacement cost for C-class windshields that are cracked and cannot be repaired. VIP protection is only available as an addition to CDR. This enhanced protection package is $38 per day.

Damage Deposit:

Depends on which protection level you choose. See Insurance info above. Damage deposit is charged as an "authorization only" on your credit card. Any additional monies due at the conclusion of the rental will be charged against the authorized funds with the balance of the amount being released.

Generator:

Generator is only needed for electrical plug-ins, microwave and overhead a/c when you are not plugged into power. All other features such as refrigerator, furnace, hot water, lights, radio, etc... are battery powered. One free generator hour per day is provided with additional hours charged at $3.50 per hour. An Unlimited Generator option is available for $9.95 per day.

Check Out:

RV Pick up is available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Access RV is closed on National Holidays and Sundays.

Check In:

Before 11:00 AM. Late Returns are an additional $30 per hour.

Sunday Drop Off:

Our Office is CLOSED to drop off on Sunday.

Airport Pick Up and Drop Off:

Included pick up between the hours of 9-5 Mon-Sat. RV will not be ready for pick up until normal check out time. Drop off is $10.00 and must be dropped off by noon to the approved airport parking facility. Included shuttle is available to the airport.

Towing:

$35.00 Towing fee is required before towing anything behind the RV. Note: RV's are not wired for electric brakes. Trailers over 3000lbs are not allowed.

Other Information:

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Delivery and Return

Deliveries can be scheduled between the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Returns must be done between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. Mon.-Sat. At delivery we provide a thorough orientation of your motorhome and its features. It will take approximately 60 minutes. For those flying into S.L. Airport, ask about our complimentary Airport Express pick up.

Pick up and drop off times are more flexible during the off season based on availability.

Eligible Drivers

Any licensed adult driver 25 years of age or older, currently covered under an auto insurance policy is eligible to drive the motorhome. A nominal fee may apply to add additional drivers to the insurance policy. Ask your vacation advisor for details.

Insurance

All Access RV's are covered under commercial rental insurance. This insurance is included in your daily rental price. The commercial coverage has a $2000 deductible with state minimum requirements. Options for a lower deductible are available. For insurance details and options check with your vacation advisor.

Towing with the motorhome requires prior permission. Please request to tow at the time you book your reservation. A $35 towing charge will apply. THE MOTORHOME PROVIDES NO COLLISION OR LIABILITY COVERAGE FOR DAMAGE TO THE TOWED OBJECT, OR FOR ANY THIRD PARTY INJURY INFLICTED BY THE TOWED OBJECT.

In the event the RV is unavailable, Access reserves the right to substitute a comparable or higher grade model. Should a lower grade model be offered and accepted, rates will be limited to the cost of the lower grade model.

Pets are not allowed in any of our motorhomes or travel trailers. Additional cleaning charges will apply for pet hair, odor, etc.

Smoking is NOT allowed in our rental units. A $500 deorderizing fee will be charged for smoking order.

Motorhomes are to be limited to use on paved roads. Trips into Mexico are not permitted. Also travel through extreme desert areas such as Death Valley during hot periods is prohibited. If you have questions call your vacation advisor.

One way rentals are available to the Western States. Drop charges vary by city and start at $795. Miles are based on returning RV to point of origin. Consult your vacation advisor for details.
